As a business owner so often all we hear from our the customers that are dissatisfied or angry for what ever reason, I Realize that the people you have working for you and carrying out the duties for your company are as important as the name you have built. A few weeks before the scheduled painting date, Mr. Martinez kept in touch with me for over a week discussing my color interests and painted a few colors on the house in small patches to assist me in determining how the colors really looked. This enabled me to feel confident about submitting my color choices to the homeowner’s association for approval and reduce the potential for repainting if unsatisfied with my choice. He kept in touch regarding the approval process and confirmed our scheduled date. He and his crew arrived on time both days. Mr. Martinez walked the property explaining to his crew exactly what we discussed for work and color placement. He checked in later in the day as well as came by the second day to check out the work and finalize tasks for completion. His crew was very professional and polite the entire time on site and kept their music low enough to not disturb the neighbors. They were all open to my questions and reminders of desired items, and always greeted me with a smile. I was very impressed by their efficiency in their tasks throughout the day, while keeping my property and their equipment well organized. I was very appreciative and satisfied by their cleanup each day and am grateful for no paint left in my landscape rocks or anywhere it shouldn’t have been. The best experience I’ve had with a contractor in a very long time!

Our 71-year-old stucco house now looks so fresh and “creamy,” and makes the perfect backdrop for our landscaping. I appreciate the consideration of your team to protect the plants near the walls, and to clean up after themselves. They were so pleasant, it was an experience I actually enjoyed, and although I already knew from your work for Dakota Builders that you are “the best,” I must say I was surprised by the detailed analysis and advice you gave us during your initial visit. We know we could have had the painting done for half your price, but not with such a good outcome or the confidence that you stand by your work, even on historical houses.

My family is so happy with the professional painting job Martinez Custom Painting completed for us recently. Pete was extremely helpful throughout the project, including choosing the right paint and paint colors. The painters were professional, reliable and polite. They masked and prepped everything so well and the final result is beautiful. My house was left cleaner than they found it. They did a great job, reasonably priced and outstanding work quality. Anyone can buy paint supplies at the hardware store and try to paint, but there is a difference in having a professional do it. We will look to Martinez Custom Painting for all our future painting needs.
